DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to carry out any transaction through www.skourascosmetics.gr and place orders for the Company’s products, the Customer will be asked to disclose certain personal data. When an order is being placed, the Customer will be asked to provide their full name, a shipping address for the products, a billing address for the order (if different from the shipping address), billing details (if an invoice payment has been selected), as well as a contact telephone number and an e-mail address.
Submitting your personal data means that you consent to this data being used by Skouras Cosmetics personnel for the reasons outlined above. In no other case can Skouras Cosmetics share your personal information with others without your prior consent, unless this is required via lawful means. Please be aware that under certain conditions, the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data that have been collected online is permitted or required by law (for example by court order) without your prior consent.
Right of access, rectification, or erasure of personal data
If you have created an Account on the Website, you may access or correct your personal information by logging in to your Account with the email and password you set when you created your Account. Users who have disclosed their personal data have the following rights:
Images depicting products are representative of the products unless the Company’s associates or suppliers formally change them and they cannot in any case act as binding on Skouras Cosmetics. In addition, as far as the technical characteristics and descriptions of the products supplied by the partners or suppliers of the Company are concerned, Skouras Cosmetics is relieved of any liability as to the validity of their content.
The prices listed on www.skourascosmetics.gr are in euro and include all taxes (24% VAT) but not the shipping costs. The shipping costs are charged to the Customer and appear during the order and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.
Skouras Cosmetics reserves the right to modify the prices that apply to the products of its website at any time but undertakes to apply the prices displayed on the website at the time of your order.

If one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by email within 2 business days of the order date, informing you of the deadline within which the product may be delivered to you.
In addition, the availability of the products is indicative and non-binding.
Skouras Cosmetics partners with ACS for deliveries throughout Greece. The delivery time is 3 working days from the date of receipt of your order. The shipping fee is €2.5 for orders under €50. Orders for €50 or more qualify for free shipping. The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method is only available for orders over €20. If the COD payment method is selected, there is a €3 additional charge payable by the Customer for orders up to 50 €, while COD orders over €50 qualify for free shipping at NO COD CHARGE.
Skouras Cosmetics offers 2 ways of payment for orders placed in Greece
– Cash on Delivery for orders over 20 €
– Deposit at one of the following banks.
The Customer will be informed of the bank account details if he/she wishes to make payment using the Bank Deposit method.
For money transfers from an account in another bank, the Customer fully bears the cost of the money transfer. For the order to be sent, we will need to collect the amount to the exact value of your order together with the shipping cost.
For any information regarding his/her order, it is important that the Customer mentions to the Company the unique order ID, either by phone at 2109347020 or by email at email@example.com
The delivery times stated on the Website are indicative and may be subject to change. Skouras Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery or the loss of your parcel by the carrier.
If the package is not received within the specified deadline, an inquiry will be made to the carrier that lasts up to 15 days. During that period, no compensation or re-dispatching can take place.
On receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order. You must indicate any abnormality by sending a fax to 2109356732 or an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org)within two working days of receiving your order. Any request made beyond this deadline will not be accepted and it exempts Skouras Cosmetics from any liability to the Customer.

Returns will only be accepted if the products are intact, with their original packaging, accessories, and use instructions. The shipping costs are paid by the Customer.
In order to address online fraud, information about the buyer’s order may be disclosed to any third party authorized by law or designated by the Company to confirm the buyer’s identity, the validity of the order, the validity of the payment method used, and the chosen delivery method.
The Company uses the appropriate methods with valid encryption techniques to ensure the security of the customer’s personal data. Our website uses 128-bit SSL to encrypt and protect the data you send to us over the Internet so that we can process your order. You can also safely sign in to your account and modify or delete your personal information.
Skouras Cosmetics has a mechanism for canceling (in whole or in part) an already registered order. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you must send an e-mail to email@example.com or contact us at 2109347020. This feature is offered to you up to the time that we notify you of the dispatch of your order. After that time, it is not possible to cancel. Orders that are pending due to incomplete communication, incorrect information, lack of availability or non-payment of the necessary amount, are automatically canceled at the end of 5 days. Product orders with a discount of more than 90% are considered to be a system error and are canceled.
In the case of Bank Deposit, Skouras Cosmetics may also cancel an order after 5 days if the Customer has not deposited the amount equal to the value of the order in the bank, as detailed in paragraph 4. In this case, the Customer must either consent to the removal from the order of products of equal value to those of the remittance or re-deposit the amount in the bank.
Any return of products can only be made by phone or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer retains the right of withdrawal and has a two (2) business days in which to return the product(s). The product(s) must be accompanied by the relevant transaction receipt (proof of sale or invoice – delivery note). Returns are only accepted if the products the customer wishes to return are intact and in exactly the same condition as they were received, i.e. their original packaging has not been unsealed or violated. Furthermore, due to health and hygiene reasons, refunds/exchanges are not allowed for products that do not have a safety seal (lip gloss, mascara, lip liner, eye liner, nail polish and generally any products that come into contact with the skin in order to be used).
The buyer may choose to return a product and exchange it with another product of equal or greater value. This exchange will take place within 5 working days after the date the products are received by Skouras Cosmetics.
Please note that the customer bears the shipping costs for the return (the Customer bears the responsibility of sending the product (s) back to the Company). The same applies to the COD delivery charges if the Customer chooses this payment method.
We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and possibly choose to send it at a declared value that represents the cost of the products you post. This is necessary in case of theft or loss by the carrier. In any case, the return is made under the responsibility of the Customer.
There will be no refund for any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged. If the product returned is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied according to the diagnosis made by Skouras Cosmetics.
